Ingredients
For the Paneer Tikka

250g paneer, cubed

½ cup yogurt

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2–3 tsp Paneer Tikka Masala Mix (for marination)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil
For the Masala Gravy

2 tbsp oil or butter

1 large onion, finely chopped
-
2 tomatoes, blended

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2–3 tsp Paneer Tikka Masala Mix (for gravy)

¼ cup cream
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander for garnish
How to Make Paneer Tikka Masala
Step 1: Marinate the Paneer Using the Spice Mix
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, 2–3 tsp Paneer Tikka Masala Mix, salt, and oil.
Add paneer cubes and coat evenly.
Rest for 15–20 minutes for deeper flavor.
Step 2: Cook the Tikka
Pan-fry, grill, or air-fry the marinated paneer until lightly roasted and golden.
Step 3: Prepare the Gravy With Spice Mix
Heat oil/butter in a pan.
Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste.
Add blended tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
Stir in 2–3 tsp Paneer Tikka Masala Mix and cook for 1–2 minutes to release the aroma.
Step 4: Combine the Tikka + Gravy
Add cream and mix well.
Gently fold in the roasted paneer tikka cubes.
Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh coriander and enjoy with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
